It almost seems too simple. That this thing we do, day in day out from the moment we’re born, can help us heal and transform. If I hadn’t experienced it myself (and seen the transformation in clients over and over again) I’m not sure I’d believe it.

Your breath really is the most simple and powerful magic.

Breathwork brings you into your body, helps you to release stuck energy and suppressed emotions, and shift out of old ways of being that no longer allow you to thrive.

What is breathwork

Breathwork is an active meditation practice where you bring attention and intention to your breath.

Working with the breath brings you into your body in present time, reconnecting you with the wisdom that lives there beyond language. It’s a practice that allows for deep self-exploration and transformation.

Breathwork can help you clear stuck energy, tune in to your intuition, connect to your creative expression, and embody new possibilities.

It’s also a powerful support in navigating anxiety, depression, grief, or trauma.

Cultures around the world have used the breath as a way to heal and connect – physically, emotionally, and energetically – for millennia. There are many different lineages and practices. Personally, I work with the 3-Part Breath and with Pranayama techniques from the yogic tradition.

Sliding scale pricing

I wholeheartedly believe that practices of self awareness and healing should be accessible to everyone, no matter what their financial situation is. Creating a business that enables that is deeply important to me and so I offer many of my services with sliding scale prices.

Read below for how to locate yourself on the scale.

First and foremost, this is a system that relies on your honesty and integrity. Capitalism teaches us that we should pay as little as we possibly can for everything. Alternatively, accessible pricing requires that you get clear about the resources available to you, both personally and culturally, and actively choose your price.

As a general guide:

+ Supported. If you are experiencing financial insecurity, and accessing basic needs is challenging, please choose the lower end of the scale. There are limited places in this tier so please choose intentionally.

 + Standard. If you are employed and/or are meeting your basic financial needs (rent, food costs, bills etc), please choose one of the middle tiers.

 + Supporter. If you have financial abundance and security, personal or generational wealth, please choose the top end of the scale. This also helps to fund folks in the Supported tier.
