I’m going to let you in on something: ‘figuring it out’ isn’t going to help you become that version of you. It’s not something you can think your way into.

You need to embody it.

  • You’re tired and stressed. Physically, yes, but also energetically, emotionally, spiritually. Depleted and overwhelmed is a big vibe

  • You’re real good at chameleoning. It’s easy to slip into whatever role a circumstance requires of you but it comes at the cost of knowing your edges. Knowing what’s actually true for you

  • You habitually find yourself in floating head mode. Your anxiety has anxiety and you could win olympic gold at overthinking

  • You’ve got big feelings but your tender heart doesn’t know how to hold it all. So you shut down, or bottle up and explode, or numb out because it all feels like too much

  • You’ve explored some embodiment practices - done yoga, dabbled in breathwork, experimented with energy work - but you always get the sense that you’re skirting over the surface. You’re searching for something that feels like yours

You’ve lived your life in your head for too long. And why wouldn’t you? In this world designed for logic and reasoning, your head will carry you far.

Over 12 weeks you’ll discover how to cultivate a practice that connects you to your body.

You’ll become your own best teacher, rediscover your spark, and build a vast well of resource so you can be in deep relationship with yourself and the world.

The Resourced Framework

Month One – Initiate

We’ll start off by getting an idea of where you are now, and explore what you need to connect to your inner landscape.

We’ll explore the stories your body holds, and the ways that cultural conditioning has shaped your experience of your body so that you can start practice embodying something new.

You’ll get a clear idea of what practices feel deeply resourcing and enlivening, so that you can start to build a practice that’s you-shaped.

Month Two – Experiment

Now that you know what you need and the tools that support you, you’ll dive into 30 days of Practice.

It can sound a little intimidating, I know, but there’s no A+ grade required! It’s more like a playground or a science experiment.

This is where you explore how to devote to your practice, how to meet the resistances that arise, and what to do when you lose the thread.

It’s also where you start to learn to trust the new worlds you’re embodying, and build the muscle of showing up for yourself over and over.

Month Three – Iterate

This is the stage when you’re going to start fucking around and finding out. Playing with what shape your practice needs to be to support you in the dailiness of life.

You’ll learn how to make your practice sustainable and how to ride the tides of change so that it can evolve with you over a lifetime.

For your brain. These calls are a space for conversation and connection. Discuss what’s coming up, unravel cultural conditioning, and meet resistance when it arises

12 x Weekly modules

The path that leads you through. Videos, voice notes, and journaling prompts that get you clear on what you need, what stops you, and how to devote yourself

Practice library and DIY Guides

Breathwork, rest, somatics, and magic. Available from day one so you can start creating your practice from the get go

An ongoing conversation to discuss resistance, ground yourself in times of disregulation, ask questions, and lean into the work in between sessions

Hey, I’m Elle

My embodiment practice entirely changed my life.

I used to be an anxious, self-conscious bean who spent a lot of time disconnected from her body. I had big visions, for myself and the world, but no idea how to feel my feelings, express my desires, or stop my noisy mind from racing long enough to put anything into action.

When I committed to a regular practice everything changed.

  • I learned to inhabit my body and navigate my nervous system.

  • I remembered who I was, and connected gutterally to my power, magic, and the things that brought me to life.

  • I built a steady foundation that resourced and brought me back to myself daily.

  • I unlearned a bunch of internalised cultural conditioning about who I was supposed to be, and was able to intentionally embody my values instead.

I’ve spent the last 20 years knee deep in my own embodiment explorations, and the last 8 teaching others how to come back to their bodies with breathwork, rest, somatics and witchcraft.

  • Resourced is a one-to-one course. There are 12 weekly modules, woven through with one-to-one guidance. Together we’ll create rituals and resources that you can come to again and again.

    During your first session, we’ll discuss your needs and co-create a plan for our time together.

    In our guidance calls I’ll lead you through the Resourced Framework organically, and help you address any resistance or challenges that arise.

    And then our practice sessions are an opportunity to be held and supported as you explore. Where you can get familiar with different modalities and tools. Where you can dive into a deeper practice with me holding space for you.

    You‘ll get lifetime access to the course materials and practice library.

  • Each person is going to need something different.

    What I’ll bring to the table is breathwork, rest and somatic movement practices, nervous system navigation tools, tarot, folk magic, and ritual. You’ll get access to a library of these practices.

    Part of what we’ll do in Resourced is create a menu of practice for you to choose from. You might have a toolkit of things that you already know work well for you, or you might want to lean into more of my guidance.

  • Nope! However my lens on embodiment is queer af, trans-inclusive, and intersectionally feminist, so I do generally work with women, non-binary folks, and trans babes of all genders.

    I take great care to hold spaces that center and celebrate marginalised identities.

  • Whether it’s trauma, body image issues, gender dysphoria, food stuff, addiction – we carry a lot of history in our bodies. Being in relationship with your body can be complex and fraught, full of places that feel unsafe, shut down, or antagonistic.

    That’s why my work is trauma-informed and body neutral.

    Agency and body autonomy are a given. This space is yours and we go at a pace that feels safe to you. You are worthy of care and connection no matter what your body has held you through.

  • I work with people in lots of different time zones, and we’re always able to find a way to meet.

  • It’s up to you but you’ll get the most out of the programme if you dedicate time to it each week.

    Firstly, I’d recommend putting aside 10-60 minutes aside each day to practice. Beyond that, you’ll have three 60 minute calls with me a month and you might want a little extra time each week to go through the course materials. Sooo call it 5 hours a week?

  • We’ll have 6 practice calls and 3 guidance calls over our time together. As Resourced is a one-to-one programme the timing of the calls is entirely up to you!

    When you enroll you’ll get a link to book in the calls for whenever suits you best.

  • Nope! Resourced is a one-to-one container.

  • Because of the nature of this work there are no refunds, please commit intentionally.

  • I recognise that this is an investment of time, energy and money. There are 3-month and 6-month payment plans available so you can spread the cost.

    Getting support with this work is a privilege that I want more folks to have access to. I try to keep my prices as affordable as possible while ensuring that I can support myself and cover my costs. 

    For every four full-paying clients that I take on I am able to offer one sliding scale place to folks who have less financial resources.
